Viva Sta. Marta de Pateros

Was looking for some article regarding the recently concluded fiesta in Pateros and my searched lead me to this site click here

I've grew up in Pateros until college years when we need to transfer to Las Pinas.Actually we're not from Pateros but from nearby baranggay Comembo in Makati City but nevertheless we're still very much into Pateros culture like eating balot almost every day, alfombra for footwear, fresh itlog na maalat, abnoy pie (my favorite!!!) and having Sta. Marta as our patron saint. I've even attend my high school days in Pateros Catholic School and met a lot of good friends there.

Was hoping for to attend the fiesta last Sunday but conflicting schedule messed up my visit in this lovely town. Thank God my parents went there to hear the morning mass and bring home some "kakanin" from Pateros for me. =D.

Thanks Dennis for your wonderful articles about Pateros and it's culture.
