Top Ten Commonly used words/sentence during my presentation

Last week I had a chance to teach/ do seminar about Material Engineering works to Procurement Department and to the visiting Saudi nationals. The topics that I discussed is all about Bulk and Specialty Materials.
While I was doing the lecture, i've noticed that I always repeat some words during the course of the lecture. And I asked Casper what are this words, and according to him eto daw yun:
